摘要
采用沉降——过滤——絮凝——炉渣黄砂吸附过滤等化学和物理方法,对乳胶漆废水治理进行了研究,筛选了十余种无机絮凝剂,实验结果得出:如选用硫酸铝絮凝,然后用聚丙烯酰胺絮凝,并且控制处理过程的pH值为8~9时较好.取1000mL废水,自然沉降2天后加入100克硫酸铝溶液,然后用0.2%的聚丙烯酰胺溶液70mL进行处理,处理后废水CODcr(化学耗氧量)降至100 mg/L以下,符合国家排放标准。
A new four - step method is used to treat the waste water of emulsion paint production. The results show that, for 1000ml waste water, the following treatment is effective. Firstly, it is naturally sedimentated for two days; secondly, 100g 1000g/L solution of A12(SO4)3 is introduced into the serum followed by being flocculated with 70mL 0.2% polyacrylaimide(PAM) ;the last step was a kind of absorption. The treated waters value of CO-Der is decreased below 100mg/L and can be discharged.
