可控电解珩磨加工机理及其电解液的加工特性 被引量:12

摘要 可控电解珩磨是以微计算机实时控制电解珩磨过程中工件表面的电解 电场强度,从而调控各点金属去除速度,获得工件要求几何形状精度的新加 工方法.该方法尤其适用于高精度复杂形状工件、难加工金属材料工件的精 密加工.通过对该方法加工机理的研究,建立和完善了该方法的基本理论,并 提出了一些新概念和对该加工方法体系电解液的基本要求.通过实验,选择 出5种各具特色的电解液,对其准稳态加工条件下的加工特性进行了比较深 入的研究,发现并验证了该加工方法的速度特性. Field controlling electro-chemical honing is a new brand machining method. Microcomputer is in real time controlling the electrolytical field at the electro-chemical dissolution spot of workpiece which is scanning over the workpiece surface during the machining process, so that the rate of metal removal is varying during the scanning and required geometry of the workpiece can be obtained. This method is suitable for machining workpiece with high accuracy and complicated shape. The machining mechanism of the method is discussed. Some new concept which makes the basic machining theory enriched and perfected is put forward ,and the basic requirements for the electrolyte are given out. By means of experiments, one of the five kinds of electrolytes has its own good feature, and their machining property under the condition of moving and slowly changing field is thoroughly investigated. It is found and proved that the moving speed of the electrolytical field has a notable influence on metal removal.
