先天性心脏病相关转录因子Csx/Nkx2.5基因的研究

摘要
先天性心脏病(CHD)是常见的危害儿童健康的先天性疾病。调控心脏发育基因突变是CHD常见原因,同源盒基因Csx/Nkx2.5是心脏发育过程中最早表达的转录因子,该基因突变影响心脏发育,导致CHD。检测Csx/Nkx2.5基因突变可作为产前CHD诊断的一项指标。
