摘要
以异步驱动同步测量原理为基础,利用测头控制跟踪驱动,研究开发了大齿轮齿形误差在机测量系统,实现大齿轮齿形误差的在机测量.实验证明,测量系统原理正确、精度稳定可靠,为大型齿轮高精度在机测量开辟了一条新的途径.
On the basis of the principle of asynchronous drive and syschronous measurement , a on-machine involute profile measuring system for large gears is developed ,using the measuring head to control the tracking drive. Accurate on-machine measurement of involute profile of large gears is realized. The experiment indicates that this measuring system is correct in principle ,stable and reliable in accuracy. A new way of high accurate on-machine measurement of large gears is set up.
