摘要
创新首先是一种社会集体的努力,是一个复杂的、互动学习的社会化合作过程,其中企业 尤其是中小企业的技术创新总要依赖于社会群体的专业知识,而不是基于想像。本文从社会资本的角 度,探讨了集群式创新模式的效率,凸显了社会资本对技术创新的促动作用。
Innovation is the achievement of social collective and the complex cooperative process of socialization. The technological innovation depends on social collective's specialized knowledge, not the imagine in enterprises, expecially in medium - small sized enterprises. The article discusses the efficiency of the innovative patterns of social collective group, shows the promoting effect of social cpaital on technological innovation.
