摘要
目的 探讨硝普钠对高血压病患者肱动脉功能及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ (ANGⅡ )含量的影响。方法 用脉冲多普勒检测肱动脉的功能 ;放射免疫法测定血浆ANGⅡ的含量。结果 硝普钠治疗后高血压病患者的血压显著下降 ,心率未见明显变化 ;接受硝普钠治疗后患者的肱动脉管径、血流速度、血流量和扩张性增加 ,血流阻力减少 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血浆ANGⅡ的测定显示 ,硝普钠治疗后患者血浆ANGⅡ的含量明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 硝普钠可明显改善高血压患者肱动脉的顺应性 ,其机制除涉及NO的生成外 ,可能还与血浆ANGⅡ的减少有关。
Objective To investigate the influence of sodium nitroprusside on large artery and angiotensin Ⅱ in patients with essential hypertension.Methods Detect artery function with pulsed Doppler technique and angiotensin Ⅱ in plasma with radio-immunity method.Results Compared with untreated hypertensive patients, blood pressure decreased significantly after treated with sodium nitroprusside(P<0.05) and heart rate had no change.Having treated with sodium nitroprusside,the patients got an increase of the brachial artery inner diameter(Dd),blood flow and blood flow velocity(Vm),and forearm vascular resistance(R) was reduced markedly(P<0.05).The serum angiotensin Ⅱ in hypertensive patients treated with sodium nitroprusside was lower than that in untreated patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside can improve artery distensibility,and this effect may be related to not only the changing of nitric oxide in plasma, but also decreasing of angiotensin Ⅱ.
