摘要
目的 观察脑室外引流治疗脑室出血继发梗阻性脑积水的疗效。方法 局麻下侧脑室前角穿刺置引流管外接无菌引流瓶。并观察总结治疗结果。结果 完全恢复 7例 ,部分恢复 1例 ,需人帮助生活 1例 ,死亡 1例。
Objective To observe the effect of ventricular hemorrhage on ventricular drainage. Methods Ventricular puncture had kept drainage tube outside. Results The patients were cured completely in 7 cases,recovered partially in 1 case,lived dependently in 1 case,and 1 case died. Conclusion Ventricular drainage is an efficacy method for secondary obstructive hydrocephalus.
