摘要
论述我所设计的电子海图与差分GPS综合船舶交通管制系统(Electronic Chart and DGPS Integrated Vessel Traffic Service,缩写为ECDGPSIVTS),利用PC机与TMS—34010高速图象处理板并行工作,成功地开发了“性能—价格比”很好的能实现电子海图比例尺快速变换并在其上连续显示交管区域内所有船舶的DGPS船位、船名、速度矢量线等功能的ECDGPSIVTS,电子海图及DGPS船位的显示软件已完成并通过测试,本系统能提供全面、直观、准确的交管监视指挥中心所需要的信息,大大提高了交管的有效性。
This paper describes an Electronic Chart and DGPS Integrated Vessel Traffic Service (ECDGPSIVTS) I designed. With PC and TMS-34010 high-speed graphic processing card working parallelly,a cost effective ECDGPSIVTS with fast electronic chart scale selection and continuous disply of DGPS positions,names and vectors,etc of all ships within VTS supervision area on electronic chart has been successfully developed. Software of display of electronic chart and DGPS positions has been finished and passed the test. The ESDGP-SIVTS will present overall view and accurate information for VTS supervision and directing centre,thus greatly improving the effectiveness of VTS.
