氢传感器材料前驱粉体的低温制备 被引量:1

LOW TEMPERATURE SYNTHESIS OF PROTON CONDUCTOR FORMER POWDER

摘要 采用柠檬酸盐溶胶 凝胶法来获得高温氢气氛下的氢传感器材料BaCe0.95Yb0.05O3 α固体电解质前驱粉体。利用同步差热 热重分析仪,X射线衍射仪(XRD),透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)对样品进行测试和表征。结果表明:溶胶凝胶法最终形成单一的钙钛矿相结构前驱粉体温度约为850℃,比固相反应法合成温度降低了约400~600℃,比液相草酸盐共沉淀法降低了约150~400℃,避免了微波合成法合成时间过短,杂质较多的缺点。同时得到的粉体粒径小、颗粒均匀、分散性好,易于烧结且致密。 Doped with 5%mol Yb^(3+), matrix ceramic BaCeO_3 powder was prepared by citrate Sol-Gel technology. DSC-TG curves of the sample from 25℃ to 900℃ were determined using a thermal analysis instrument and the sample was characterized by XRD, TEM and SEM. The results showed that the synthesis temperature of proton conductor former powder by Sol-Gel was lowered by 400~600℃ than by solid phase reaction and lowered by 150~400℃ than by oxalate coprecipitation. Low temperature combustion synthesis was easy to produce the loosened, uniform, and superfine powder with high surface activity.
