"乡风文明"是建设社会主义新农村物质文明和精神文明的联结点,其核心是加大农村文化建设的力度,进一步纯洁乡风,提高精神文明的水平。
"The Rural Custom Civilization"is the link between the material progress and ethical progress during the construction process of the New Countryside,its core is to strengthen the cultural construction in rural area,to purify the rural custom and to enhance the cultural and ethical progress.
