摘要
目的探讨用β受体阻滞剂和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)治疗对高血压患者左心室功能的影响。方法对84例高血压患者服用β受体阻滞剂和ACEI,疗程24个月,按服药情况分为β受体阻滞剂组、ACEI组和对照组。结果长期服用β受体阻滞剂或ACEI不仅能使血压持续稳定较低水平,且随着血压下降,左心室肥厚逆转,心脏舒张功能改善。结论长期服用β受体阻滞剂或ACEI治疗高血压病,对左心室功能的改善有益。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of inhibitor of Beta receptor and ACEI on the left ventricular function in the patients of hypertension.METHODS 84 patients with hypertension were divided randomly into inhibitor Beta receptor group,ACEI group and control group for a 24 month follow up period.RESULTS Long time therapy with inhibitor of Beta receptor and ACEI not only can keep the blood pressure in a stable lower level,but also improve left ventricular performance,reverse left ventricular hypertrophy.CONCLUSION With a long time therapy of inhibitor of receptor and ACEI can improve the left ventricular function in the patients of hypertension.
