摘要
本文通过建立刚性基础上的二重梁板结构有限元模型,首先分析了框架单元板结构型式的受力状况,进而就框架单元板从轨道刚度(扣件系统刚度、CA砂浆弹性模量)分析了对轨道板受力的影响,得出结论以便更好的指导工程设计。刚性基础之上的板式轨道当荷载作用在板端第一组扣件上时,轨道板纵向正弯矩最大;荷载作用在板中扣件上时轨道板的横向弯矩最大。从改善轨道板的受力状况来考虑,应适当降低扣件系统刚度,增加CA砂浆弹性模量。
The article firstly analyzed the force bearing of frame unit-plate structure on the basis of building finite element model of dual beam-plate structure on rigidity base,and then analyzed the frame unit plate's influence on the track board's force bearing from the angle of track rigidity(fastening system,CA mortar elastic modulus) to get the conclusion which can better guide engineering design.for plate-type track on the rigidity base,when the load works on the first group of fastening units on the plate end,the vertical bending moment of the track plate is the maximum;when the load works on middle fastening units on the plate,the horizontal bending moment of the track plate is the maximum.To improve the track plate's force bearing condition,the fastening unit's rigidity should be properly reduced and the CA mortar elastic modulus should be increased.
