摘要
随着我国经济的增长,资源的短缺和环境的日趋恶劣现象逐渐显现出来,面对资源与环境的巨大危机,我国政府已经把发展循环经济确定为今后经济发展的主要目标。文章通过给出循环经济的准确定义引出循环经济的突出特征,从而说明政府行为在发展循环经济中的重要性,同时详细分析我国政府在发展循环经济中遇到的障碍及解决办法。
With the development of economy,resource shortage and environmental deterioration emerge gradually.Facing the great crisis of resource and environment,Chinese government has decided to develop circulation economy as the major aim in the future.This article educed the striking features of circulation economy by defining it and showed the importance of government behavior in the development of circulation economy.Meanwhile,it analyzed the possible difficulties and the solution.
