摘要
介绍风洞能耗可视化监测平台的实现方法,论述由数据测量监控层,传输控制层,管理监控层三层结构组成能耗可视化节能平台的系统结构,功能及特点。平台通过三菱最新节能产品EcoWebServerⅡ的成功应用及编制界面友好的客户端软件及Web服务器端程序,有效地实现了数据搜集,项目管理及能耗的可视化显示。该平台的成功应用将为后续建立风洞中心的故障诊断及预测系统、能耗指标体系、风洞节能考评制度奠定基础。
A kind of implementation of the energy consuming visible platform for the wind tunnel is introduced.The platform consists of the data measuring and monitoring layer,the transfering and controlling layer,the managing and supervising layer.The system structure,functions and features of the platform are discussed.The platform achieves the goals of data collecting,projects managing and energy consuming visible through the successfully applying with new energy saving product EcoWebServerII developed by Mitsubishi,the well designed server software and the Web server program.The appliance of the platform lays good foundation for the incoming fault diagnosis and predict system,the energy consuming indicator system,and the wind tunnel energy saving appraisal system.
