摘要
20世纪飞速发展的工业经济给人类带来了高度发达的物质文明,但也带来了诸多的环境问题,如:全球气候变暖,臭氧层破坏,生物多样性减少,酸雨蔓延,森林锐减,土地荒漠化,资源短缺,水环境污染严重,大气污染肆虐,固体废弃物成灾。人类环境意识的提升、政府压力、法律责任、市场需求等,不断推动着污染物由末端治理向源头控制转变,清洁生产、节能减排已成为当今世界共同努力的方向。本文基于PCB生产特点,将清洁生产管理理念运用至企业环境管理,从水资源消耗、电能消耗、绿色产品制造等方面,分析清洁生产管理带来的环境绩效。
The rapid development of industrial economy in 20^(th) century has brought a highly developed material civilization to human beings,as well as tremendous environmental problems,such as global warming,ozonosphere breakage,biodiversity loss,the spread of acid rain,sharp decrease of forest areas, land desertification,shortage of resources,serious water pollution,rampant air pollution,solid waste disaster.Driven by the increasing awareness of environmental protection,the pressure from the government, the legal responsibility,the market requirement,etc,the transformation is consistently promoted from end-of-pipe pollution control to pollution source control.Cleaner production,energy conservation and emission reduction have become the common mission of the development of human society.Based on characteristics of PCB production,this paper analyses the environmental benefits created by cleaner production management,from the aspect of water consumption,electricity consumption,green products manufacturing.
