摘要
目的评价应用多曲方丝弓(MEAW)技术及扩弓技术矫治轻、中度骨性偏畸形的临床疗效。方法选择2005年1月至2006年12月于沈阳市口腔医院正畸科就诊的恒牙初期轻、中度骨性偏畸形患者12例,采用0.56mm×0.71mm托槽系统的直丝弓矫治器,应用MEAW技术及扩弓技术进行正畸掩饰性矫治。于矫治前后进行后前位头颅X线片头影测量分析和模型测量分析。结果12例患者均取得较好的矫治效果,矫治后磨牙为中性关系,前牙覆覆盖正常。头影测量分析显示上下磨牙各自均向远中倾斜、远中移动,矫治前后颌骨变化较小。模型测量分析示上颌尖牙和第一双尖牙的牙弓宽度矫治后较矫治前有所增加(P<0.05),而上颌第二双尖牙和第一磨牙的牙弓宽度比率矫治前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用MEAW技术及扩弓技术可有效地矫治轻、中度骨性偏畸形。MEAW技术治疗恒牙初期偏病例,主要是通过牙齿的移动和牙槽骨的改变而完成的,骨组织变化有限。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of expansion and multiloop edgewise arch wire orthodontic technique in the treatment of mild or moderate skeletal facial asymmetry.Methods Twelve patients with mild or moderatef acial asymmetries were treated by expansion and multiloop edgewise arch wire orthodontic technique.The posteroanterior cephalometric radiographs and dental casts were taken and analyzed before and after treatment.Results In all cases,m olar relationships were classⅠ,the overbite and the overjet were normal,and the upper and lower midline were in harmony.L6-MP angle increased,while L6-XI,U6-PP angle decreased significantly,which indicated the distal tippinga nd movement of upper and lower molars,no obvious changes on jaws.Conclusion Mild or moderate skeletal faciala symmetry can be treated by expansion and multiloop edgewise arch wire orthodontic technique effectively.Tooth movement and alveolar rebuilding lead to MEAW asymmetry correction with little change on jaws.
