摘要
目的了解开展一对一责任制陪伴分娩后产妇对产房护理工作的满意度。方法将2001年1~2月在我院实施功能制护理分娩的185名产妇设为对照组,选择与对照组相匹配的2003年2~4月在我院实施一对一责任制陪伴分娩的180名产妇作为实验组,用自制的满意度调查量表对产妇进行问卷调查。结果实验组产妇对知识宣教落实情况的满意度、对助产士服务态度的满意度、对助产士接产技术满意度均较对照组提高,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论一对一责任制陪伴分娩,改变了传统的产时服务模式,是提高产时服务质量的有效措施。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of health education needs in perioperative patients. Methods Before surgery,266 surgical cases were randomly sampled and surveyed by a self-constituted questionnaire from June 2002 to Dec 2002. Results The questionnaire showed that almost all the patients urgently wanted to know about their state of illness, therapeutic plan, the time of the operation and prognosis; over 95% of those cared about preparation for surgery, pain, analgia and hospital regime; and more than 90% want to know preoperative behavior training, postoperative posture, stage of out-of-bed, et al. Health education can be delivered in the following ways: 91.7% depended on one-to-one bedside direction, 82.0% chose the data of video and 74.4% learned from experience of other patients. Moreover, 77.8% patients selected doctors as their tutor of health education, but 22.2% preferred to nurses. Conclusion It was proposed that health education should be conducted in various styles, orientations and layers, based on the different stage of hospitalization and the condition of patients.
