摘要
多发性骨髓瘤是由浆细胞恶性增殖所致,并伴有浆细胞合成、分泌的大量结构单一的单克隆免疫球蛋白或其轻链而完整成熟的免疫球蛋白均明显降低的恶性肿瘤。本文综述了常见的高效液相色谱、辐射状免疫扩散试验、酶联免疫吸附法、高效毛细管电泳法4种检测技术在免疫球蛋白检测中的应用,为多发性骨髓瘤的初期诊断提供依据。
Multiple myeioma, a malignant tumor resulted by the plasma cell malignancy increment which can synthesis and excrete monoclonal immune globulin while IgG,IgA,IgM all depressed obviously. This text proposes four detection methods which nowadays used most to fred the immunoglobulin for the initial stage diagnosis of multiple myeloma.
