Successful Developing of the Elastic Metallic Plastic Pads with Carrying Load 30MN for Thrust Bearing of Hydrogenerator

摘要 叙述了岩滩电站水轮发电机,推力轴承钨金瓦及塑料瓦在推力轴承试验台上的试验结果。测试数据说明塑料瓦不仅能满足岩滩电机的可靠运行而且还有一定的潜力。塑料瓦结构简单、拆换方便,便于运行维护和检修。 The results of testing tungalloy pads and elastic metallic pads of thrust bearing with carrying load 27.5MN for hydrogenerator in Yantan hydroelecttric station at test bed are described. Measured data show, that plastic pads not only satisfy reliable operation of machine in Yantan hydroelectric station, but also have definite potential. For plastic pads exist the advantage of simple construction, and easy dismount, they are convenient to maintain and overhaul.
