摘要
由于大中型水轮发电机不可能在制造厂内进行运转试验,所以电机额定励磁电流不能按实际情况给予修正。水电设备在工地组装完毕后,进行交接试验。往往因试验励磁电流与铭牌额定励磁电流值不一致,导致用户与制造厂家的争执。这种争执的本质是对额定励磁电流容差认识的不一致。从国内外技术标准的规定、理论分析和对若干机组试验数值的统计处理三个方面,论述同步发电机励磁电流的容差问题。
Because large and medium size hydrogenerator can't be operated and tested at factory,so the rated field current can't be corrected according to the real condition.Aftcr the power equipments arc assembled at site,the hand-over test is going on and there are always some debates between the purchasor and manufacturer on the different values between test and design.The real question is what's the tolerance value of field current.According to the technical standard at home and abroad,theory analysis and experiences summed up from lots of units, the tolerance value of field current is presented in this paper.
