摘要
本文详细论述了日本进口的NK-HITEN62u钢板的综合性能。试验并分析了化学成分、机械性能、显微组织、抗冷脆性及可焊性等。试验结果表明:这种钢板适合用于制造大型水轮机蜗壳。
In this paper, the synthetic propertys of the NK-HITEN 62u steel plate that is imported from Japan are discussed in detaily. The tests and analyses are made for chemical composition, mechanical property, microstructure, resistance to cold brittleness, and weldability etc. The results of test states that the steel platc is suitable for making the spiral case of large hydraulic turbine.
