摘要
[目的 ]探讨笑气吸入用于结肠镜检查的镇痛效果。 [方法 ]将行结肠镜检查的 3 64例病人 ,随机分为观察组和对照组 ,每组 182例 ,观察组病人在结肠镜检查过程中给予吸入 5 0 %笑气与 5 0 %氧气混合气体以镇痛 ,对照组采用常规检查。观察两组病人的疼痛程度、操作时间、检查成功率以及检查前、中、后的血氧饱和度及心率变化。 [结果 ]观察组镇痛效果、操作时间、检查成功率等方面明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,检查前后血氧饱和度和心率的变化与对照组比较无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ]笑气吸入镇痛效果好 ,操作简便、无创、安全有效 。
Objective: to probe into the analgesic effect of nitrous oxide in patients undergoing colonoscope examination. Methods: a total of 364 Cases who would be undergoing colonoscope examination were equally divided into both test group and control group. Patients of 182 cases in test group were given mixed gas (half of laughing gas and half of oxygen) for analgesia during their examination. While the control group patients were conducted the examination just as routine. Indexes including the intensity of pain, manipulation time, the success rate of examination, oxygen saturation, and heart rate changes of the two groups patients before, during and after the examination were observed. Results: in terms of the analgesic effect, manipulation time, and the success rate of examination, patients of test group were superior to those of control group (P<0.01).There was no significance in both oxygen saturation and heart rate changes between test group and control group patients (P>0.05).Conclusion: analgesic effect of nitrous oxide is good. It is also safe, effective, convenient, non-invasive in manipulation. It could promote the success rate of patients undergoing colonoscope examination.
