轴承在不同铅垂安装位置时转子-轴承系统的稳定性分析

摘要 介绍了轴承在不同铅垂安装位置时转子—轴承系统的稳定性分析。首先根据系统安装时,在轴颈处无弯矩的条件,给出轴承的理想铅垂安装位置,然后把轴承刚性支撑反力作为初载荷,以迭代的方式求解稳态运行下转子和轴承之间相互作用力的非线性问题,进而得到轴承油膜力的动力特性系数。最后利用模态综合法在状态空间中计算转子—轴承系统运动的复特征值,也就是系统稳定性的判据。 The stability analysis of rotor-bearing systems with different assembling position is presented in this paper.Firstly, the assembling position of bearings is determined theoretically according to the requirements that there should be no additional bending moments at rotor journals while assembling the systems. Bytaking reactive forces of the rigid support as initial values, the non-linear prcblems of interactive forces between rotors and bearings are solved iteratively under steady operating conditions, so that the parameters of dynamic properties of the fluid-film are obtained.At last, the complex eigen-values, i.e.the criteria of stability of rotor-bearing systems are calculated in the state space by using the component mode synthesis approach.
