在眼科毕业实习教学中开展以学生为主体的小讲课模式的探讨

摘要 目的:探讨眼科毕业实习教学中开展以学生为主体的小讲课的效果。方法:在温州医学院2004年级、2005年级眼视光专业5年制毕业实习学生中实施以学生为主体的小讲课,课后进行问卷调查,了解学生对以学生为主体的小讲课的看法。结果:91%的学生认为有必要对过去小讲课模式进行改革,认为以学生为主体的小讲课模式在今后的教学中值得推广。86%的学生认为该教学模式激发了学习兴趣,77%的学生认为可提高口头表达能力。结论:在眼科毕业实习教学中运用以学生为主体的小讲课模式是一种有效可行的教学方法,能激发学生的学习兴趣,增强学生自信心,提高综合素质,实现了知识、能力、素质并重的培养。 [Objective]To explore the effect of student - made lectures in the teaching and learning of Ophthamological graduating practice.[Method]Total 22 Ophthamological graduating practicing students from two Grade in 2004 and 2005 performed student - made lectures.A self- designed questionnaire was used to investigate about their views on the mode of student - made lectures.[Result]91%thought it is necessary to modify the mode of traditional lectures in the teaching and learning and 89%agreed that student- made lectures was worth popularizing in the future.86%of them believed that the mode motivated the students,77%thought that it improved their ability in presentation.[Conclusion]The mode of student - made lectures in teaching and learning of Ophthamological graduating practice may effectively motivate students,consolidate their confidence, enhance their holistic quality and realize the fostering of knowledge,ability and quality as a whole.
