摘要
建筑行业内部竞争日趋激烈,预结算工作成绩的好坏直接与公司生存、公司发展息息相关。根据长期在施工单位从事预结算工作的经验与现有的文献资料,分投标阶段、合同签订阶段、施工阶段、结算阶段四个阶段,分别提出预结算工作的一些注意事项。
The pre-settlement work has played a relatively significant role in the development,and even the survival of the company,with the increasing competition in the construction industry.Based on the experiences in the pre-settlement work and the existing literature,some key notes for the pre-settlement work are proposed,respectively in the tender stage,the contract-signing stage,the construction stage,and the settlement stage.
