EFFECT OF THERMAL TREATMENT ON HYDRODESULFURIZATION ACTIVITY OF Co(Ni)-Mo/Al_2O_3 CATALYST

摘要 介绍了硫化Co-Mo/Al_2O_3催化剂的热处理方法及其结果。实验表明,硫化催化剂经热处理后,加氢脱硫活性明显增加,以噻吩转化率表示的催化活性随处理温度升高而变化,在450℃时观察到催化活性时的极大值。 In the petroleum industry, Co(Ni)-Mo/Al2O3 catalyst forhydrodesul-furization (HDS) always needs to be reduced and sulfidized. This treatment converts the oxidic species into sulfidized ones. The catalytic activity of these species depends on the composition and preparation procedure of their oxidic precursors and also on the pretreatment. The effect of the thermal treatment of a sulfidized Co-Mo/Al2O3 catalyst was studied. It was shown that the thermal treatment could promote the HDS activity of sulfidized catalyst significantly.The activity based on the conversion of thiophene was increased with increasing the thermal treatment temperature. The highest HDS activity was obtained at pretreating temperature of 450℃.
