摘要
回弹法检测混凝土的抗压强度,是建筑工程检测领域中应用最为广泛的检测方法之一。为确保回弹仪的测试精度,开展检测前的率定试验是行之有效的手段。本文从回弹仪的基本工作原理出发,对各个时期《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》中对率定试验的规定进行了比较分析,突出了率定试验在回弹法检测中的重要性。通过某重点工程案例的经验教训,再次向广大检测工作者及建设人员强调率定试验的重要意义。最后,从仪器计量层面说明率定试验和检定试验的区别,不能简单用"率定"代替"检定"。
The rebound method of testing concrete compressive strength is one of the most widely used detection methods in the construction fields.And the most effective means to ensure accuracy of rebound equipments is to carry out rating tests before detection.Based on the working principle of the rebound equipment,a comparative analysis of various periods of technical specification for inspecting of concrete compressive strength by rebound method is put forward,and the importance of rating tests is highlighted.Focused on lessons learned from a major project,the importance of rating tests is emphasized for general detecting workers and construction personnel.Finally,the difference of rating tests and calibrations is given and 'the rating test' can not simply instead of 'calibration'.
