将晶相MoO_3与丝光沸石充分研磨混合后,在一定高温下加热,MoO_3在丝光沸石上自发分散。当分散量较少时,丝光沸石的晶休结构无明显变化,加热时间的延长,MoO_3分散量增加。沸石结晶度降低;当分散量相同时,加热时间延长,沸石结晶度不变。结果表明,丝光沸石晶体结构的破坏,是由于分散的表面层钼与沸石骨架强烈相互作用的结果。MoO_3分散量越多,这种相互作用越强,沸石结晶度越低。
Crystalline MoO3 and mordenite are mixed thoroughly, and then the mixture is calcined at an appropriate temperature below the melting point of MoO3, so that the MoO3 is dispersed spontaneously on the zeolite. As the amount of MoO3 dispersed is small, the crystalline structure of mordenite remains unchanged. When the heating time increases, the amount of dispersed MoO3 increases, while the crystallinity of mordenite decreases. In the case of that'a certain amount of MoO3 is completely dispersed on mordenite, the crystallinity of mordenite remains constant as the heating time increases. The results show that the perturbation of the crystalline structure of mordenite is due to the strong interaction between dispersed MoO3 and zeolite framework, and the more the amount of dispersed MoO3, the stronger the interaction and the lower the crystallinity of zeolite will be.
