摘要
以三羟甲基丙烷和环氧氯丙烷为原料合成了环氧化合物,三氟化硼乙醚催化、反应温度60~65℃、反应时间6h,得到开环产物Ⅰ;反应温度25~30℃、反应时间9h在氢氧化钠作用下得到闭环产物Ⅱ。红外光谱分析证明了开环产物Ⅰ链醚的形成、闭环产物Ⅱ中链醚和环醚共存。
The epoxide was prepared from trimethylolpropane andepoxychloropropane .Ring-opening product I was synthesized by using Boron trifiuoride as catalyst .reaction temperature 60 - 65℃ and reaction time 6 h. Ring-closing product Ⅱ was synthesized by Sodium hydroxide reaction temperature 25 - 30℃ and reaction time 9h. Result confirmed that chain ethers was synthesized in Ring-opening product I ; chain- ethers and cyclo- ethers were all in Ring-closing product Ⅱ by IR spectrem method.
