摘要
压缩机油温过热度是反映压缩机腔体内润滑油与冷媒的混合状态,混合的比例不同,对于压缩机反映出来的油温过热度不一样。本文主要讲述实验测试中理论计算的油温过热度的准确性进行案例对比分析。压缩机在运行过程中使用特定的容器进行抽液处理,并将冷媒与润滑油在指定的环境下进行分离,从而通过重量计算溶油比。通过验证,理论计算的油温过热度与实际测试计算的结果偏差只有2%。因此对于实验测试过程中理论计算的油温过热度对油粘度的评估是具有代表性的。
Compressor lubricating oil over-hot temperature,which has different over-hot temperature in different mixed proportion,is reflecting the lubricating oil and refrigerator commixing state in the compressor inner.This text is telling the lubricating oil over-hot temperature theory calculating veracity analysis example.We take out the liquor within the compressor by the given container in its working process,and than separate this refrigerator and lubricating oil intermixture in the special condition,thereby calculating their propertion with their weight by the expertiment.By the test,comparing the lubricating oil over-hot temperature theory calculating veracity with the really lubricating oil state exists only 2%error.Therefore,the lubricating oil over-hot temperature theory calculating veracity is represent for the lubricating oil evaluation.
