健胃消食片对滞脾碍胃大鼠脂肪组织脂联素表达的影响

摘要 目的观察健胃消食片对滞脾碍胃大鼠肝功能及其脂肪组织脂联素mRNA表达的影响。方法取60只SD大鼠,雌雄各半,设正常对照组18只,其余用于造模。4 w以后,挑选出36只滞脾碍胃大鼠,随机分为健胃消食组及高脂对照组各18只。给药4 w后,测定各组大鼠的血清谷草转氨酶(AST)及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的含量,采用RT-PCR方法检测大鼠附睾周围脂肪组织脂联素mRNA表达。结果高脂对照组和健胃消食组大鼠血清AST、ALT水平与正常对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),健胃消食组大鼠血清AST、ALT水平与高脂对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。高脂对照组大鼠脂肪组织脂联素mRNA表达水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),健胃消食组大鼠脂肪组织脂联素mRNA的表达水平明显低于高脂对照组大鼠(P<0.05)。结论健胃消食片可以降低滞脾碍胃大鼠脂肪组织脂联素mRNA的表达,可能是其治疗滞脾碍胃的作用机制之一。 Objective To observe the effect of tablet Jianweixiaoshi on the Zhipiaiwei rats' liver function and the influence of Tablet Jianweixiaoshi to Zhipiaiwei rats through modulating adiponectin excretion in adipocyte. Methods There were 60 SD rats,they were equally divided into male and female,42 rats were given a high-fat diet to induce Zhipiaiwei model,the other 18 rats were given a standard diet as control. Each was fed respectively for 4 weeks. After 36 models were prepared successfully,they were randomly divided into Jianweixiaoshi and Zhipiaiwei groups. After 4 weeks interference with tablet Jianweixiaoshi,the AST and ALT of each rat were carefully measured. RT-PCR was adopted to test the message ribonucleic acid expression of adiponectin in adipose tissues of rats. Results Compared with normal control group,there were no differences in serum AST,ALT between Jianweixiaoshi and the HFD groups( P > 0. 05). There were no significant differences in serum AST,ALT between Jianweixiaoshi and HFD groups( P > 0. 05). Compared with the normal control group,adiponectin mRNA expression of the HFD group was significantly decreased( P < 0. 05). Compared with the HFD group,adiponectin mRNA expression of Jianweixiaoshi group was significantly increased( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The effects of Tablet Jianweixiaoshi in lowering the adiponectin mRNA expression of fat tissues may be one factor of body weight in obese resistant rats.
