AEG-1和MMP-7在结直肠癌中的表达及其意义 被引量：6

摘要 目的检测结直肠癌中星形胶质细胞上调基因1(AEG-1)和基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)的表达,探讨二者的关系及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测124例结直肠癌、70例正常结肠黏膜组织中AEG-1和MMP-7的表达,分析其在不同临床病理特征中的表达差别。结果 AEG-1和MMP-7在结直肠癌中高表达,且与肿瘤体积、Dukes分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及预后密切相关,二者表达呈正相关。AEG-1与增殖指数Ki-67密切相关。结论 AEG-1和MMP-7蛋白与结直肠癌发生发展有关,并起协同作用。
