摘要
在简要讨论电流控制型DC—DC开关变换器基本原理及优点的基础上,分析了限流采样小电阻难以单片集成的问题,由此提出了解决此问题的分流开关技术,并给出了双极型和MOS型分流开关的详细公式推导,最后通过具体的设计实例,验证了分流开关技术应用于电流控制型DC—DC变换器的可行性。
After a brief discussion on the principle and merits of current-controlled DC—DC switching regulators, the integration difficulty of the small current-limiting and sampling resistor is analyzed. Therefore, the branch-switch technique is proposed to solve this problem. Formula for Bipolar and MOS branch-switches is deduced. Finally, the effectiveness of the branch-switch technique for current-controlled DC-DC switching regulators is verified by experiment on a practical example.
