摘要
师生关系是教育活动中最基本的人际关系。本文从师生关系的理论界定出发 ,分析了传统型师生关系的弊端 ,不同学校教育阶段应建立的师生关系以及这种师生关系的作用 ,并对在学校教育中新型师生关系的建构与定位问题进行了探讨与解释。
The relationship between teachers and students is one of the basic human relationships in the educational activities. The writer analyzes the defect of this relationship from the view of theory analysis and also explains the effect of this relationship with exploring the construction of a new type of relationship between teachers and students in school education as well.
