阐述了网络财务是随着经济、技术、金融等社会环境的变化而发展起来的,具有多样性、集中性、动态性、公开性和全面性的特点,并就网络财务的安全问题和网络财务人员的培养问题进行了探讨。
This paper expounds that the network finance, which is developed along with the variation of the social environment in aspects of the economy, technique, and finance, etc., possesses the features of multiplicity, centrality, dynamic property, publicity and entirety, and probes into the problem of the security of the network finance and the problem of the training of the network financial personnel.
