布托啡诺预防全麻高龄患者苏醒期躁动的有效性和安全性 被引量：6

摘要 全身麻醉患者在苏醒期出现躁动不安、定向障碍等脑功能障碍的表现是麻醉恢复期常见的并发症之一〔1〕。严重时可发生各种意外，但是目前仍无一种药物能够对各种原因引起的苏醒期躁动都能产生有效的抑制作用，布托啡诺是混合型阿片受体激动拮抗剂，在镇痛的同时具有良好的镇静作用，本研究拟观察静脉注射布托啡诺在预防和治疗全麻患者苏醒期躁动的有效性及安全性。
