基于某石化环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置现有换热网络,利用夹点分析技术,发现用能不合理之处,针对用能不合理的情况,提出相应的优化方案,对方案节能量进行模拟计算,优化后可减少热公用工程量10.17 MW、冷公用工程量14.12 MW。
The pinch analysis is used to identify energy bottleneck in the present heat exchanger network of an EO/EG unit. To tackle the energy bottleneck in the heat exchanger network, the optimization scheme is proposed and the simulation results show that the scheme can save hot utility requirement 10.17MW and cold utility requirement 14.12MW.
