摘要
从两个孤立电流元间相互作用力不满足牛顿第三定律出发,推广到两个闭合载流线圈间的相互作用与牛顿第三定律的关系,由此引发出对电和磁之间相互作用的一些新认识。
From the interactions between two isolated current elements do not meet Newton's third law, the relationship between two closed current coil interactions and Newton's third law was extended, which lead to a new understanding of the interaction between electricity and magnetism.
