摘要
当前高校中突发事件增多,大学生人格教育问题日益突出,本文对高校人格教育中存在的问题进行了探讨,从外部环境、内部因素两个方面对高校人格教育问题产生的的原因进行了分析,在此基础上提出改进高校人格教育的对策。
Emergency has increased in recent years in colleges and universities, and exposed many problems in college students' personality education. The problems existing in the personality education are discussed, and the reasons of the problems of personality education are analyzed from external environment and internal factor, and on the basis of analysis, some countermeasures are put forward for improving the personality education in colleges and universities in this paper.
