摘要
发达地区与欠发达地区高职院校教育发展并不均衡,在学生教育机会不均衡、教育经费与办学条件不均衡及教师资源失衡等方面存在差异,信息技术因其方便快捷、不受时空限制、传输容量大等特征,是促进高职区域教育均衡发展的重要手段。对信息技术促进教育均衡发展进行了概述,分析了高职区域教育非均衡发展存在的主要问题,对教育城域网、中心资源库建设、网络教育信息资源提升教学科研、网络教育信息资源推动高职院校管理四个方面进行了实证研究。
Developed regions and less developed regions development of vocational education institutions is not balanced,unbalanced educational opportunities for students, education funding and school conditions are not balanced and unbalanced differences in other aspects of teacher resources, information technology because of its convenience, regardless of time limit, transmission capacity and other characteristics, is an important means to promote the balanced development of vocational education in the region. Promote the balanced development of IT education overview, analyzes the main problems of nonbalanced development of vocational education area exists, make empirical studies for education central repository construction, online education resources to enhance teaching and research information, network information resources four aspects to promote higher education vocational schools management.
