摘要
本文拟从"学生发展"理论角度,阐释此理论背景下学生事务管理的典型特征,明确当前我国学生事务管理所处的困境,并尝试探索学生事务管理改革的可能方向。
This paper starts from the 'student development' theory, characteristics of student affairs administration explained the background of this theory should be clear, the difficulties of our student affairs management office, and tried to explore the feasibility of development of student affairs management approach.
