摘要
篮球比赛中技巧是胜利的基础,而良好的战术意识却是胜利的保障。战术意识是观察、思考、判断以及做出相应运动的起源。因此,战术意识的培养与强化尤其重要。本文主要论述了战术意识的概念,分析了培养之必要性,并就如何培养篮球战术意识进行了分析解读,希望为篮球训练中战术意识的培养提供一些参考。
Basketball game skills are the foundation of victory, and good tactical awareness is the protection of victory. Tactical awareness is to observe, to think, to determine the origin and make the appropriate movement. Therefore, cultivating and strengthening tactical awareness is particularly important. This paper discusses the concept of tactical awareness, analyzes the necessity of training and tactical awareness on how to train basketball analyzed and interpreted, hoping to provide some reference for the training of basketball training in tactical awareness.
