摘要
目的观察消渴灵方配合二甲双胍治疗糖尿病周围神经病变 (DPN)的疗效。方法将 48例DPN患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 2 8例用消渴灵方配合二甲双胍治疗 ;对照组 2 0例用达美康、二甲双胍及弥可保治疗。治疗前后分别检测空腹血糖、果糖胺及神经传导速度以评价疗效。结果两组患者治疗后 ,空腹血糖、果糖胺及正中神经、腓浅神经的感觉神经传导速度 (SNCV)显著改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;且治疗组对正中神经、腓总神经的运动神经传导速度 (MNCV)的改善较对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论消渴灵方配合二甲双胍治疗DPN有着较好的临床效果。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaokeling Formula(XF) combined with dimethyldiguanide on the peripheral neuropathy of type 2 diabetes.Methods Forty-eight cases with peripheral neuropathy of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 28 cases in treating group treated by XF and dimethyldiguanide and 20 cases in controlling one treated by dimethyldiguanide, diamicvon and mecobalam.Then, the effects on the level of blood sugar, serum fructosamine and electromyogram were determined and compared between the two groups.Results Significant improvement in the levels of blood sugar,serum fructosamine and the sensory nerve conduction velocities (SNCV) of nervus medianus and nervus peroneus superficialis were observed among all cases of the 2 groups, while the motor nerve conduction velocities (MNCV) of these two nerves was more significantly improved in treating group than that in controlling one (P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy combined XF and dimethyldiguanide can bring about more significant therapeutic effect on the peripheral neuropathy of type 2 diabetes.
