摘要
目的制备吲哚美辛-聚氰基丙烯酸烷基酯纳米粒,单因素考察影响因素。方法以聚氰基丙烯酸烷基酯为载体材料,采用液中干燥法制备吲哚美辛-聚氰基丙烯酸烷基酯纳米粒,以载药量、包封率为主要指标,单因素优选工艺条件。结果制备的纳米粒子的平均粒径为(90.79±15)nm,包封率为47.97%(n=3),载药量为9.10%(n=3),平均zeta电位为(-28.11±8.79)mV。结论利用该法所制备的吲哚美辛-聚氰基丙烯酸烷基酯纳米粒,粒径较小,稳定性较好。
Objective To prepare and characterize indomethacin polyalkylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles(IDM-PACA-NP).Methods Using polyalkylcyanoacrylate as the carrier,IDM-PACA-NPs were prepared by in-liquid drying method.An optimal condition was established based on single factor test using encapsulation efficiency,drug loading and particle size distribution as the standards.Results The nanoparticles featured mean diameter of(90.79±15) nm,encapsulation efficiency 47.97%,drug loading 9.10%,and the zeta potential was(-28.11±8.79)mV.Conclusion By using the optimized preparation procedure,IDM-PACA-NP with small size and good stability can be prepared.
