摘要
Colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in our country. A large number of statistical data indicates that the rate of incidence and mortality of the disease in our country has been going up in recent years. Liver metastasis causes severe and fatal effect on patients who underwent radical resetsion due to colorectal cancer. Early forecast and diagnosis of liver metastasis is the key to improvie survival rate of colorectal cancer patients. This review focuses on the differential proteins which are associated with colorectal cancer genesis and liver metastasis in recent years, in order to offer the evidences for the early diagnosis and the prognosis.
