摘要
目的总结超选择性动脉栓塞后外科手术切除蔓状血管瘤(RH)的护理措施及体会。方法 13例RH患者经超选择性动脉栓塞后,择机手术切除RH。动脉栓塞术治疗前后及手术切除RH前后对患者实施相应的护理措施,观察患者并发症发生情况。结果 13例RH患者在超选择动脉栓塞成功后2~3天内进行外科手术,均完整切除瘤体组织,无并发症发生,取得了满意的治疗效果。结论超选择性动脉栓塞后手术切除RH是一种有效的治疗措施,而强化围手术期的护理是确保手术治疗成功,减少术后并发症的重要保障。
Objective To explore the nursing measures and experience of racemose hemangioma(RH) resection after superselective arterial embolism. Methods Selective resection of RH after superselective arterial embolism performed on 13 cases. Series of clinical nursing measures were analyzed before and after arterial embolism and operation, and the complications were observed. Results Thirteen cases with RH underwent operation within 2~3 days after superselective arterial embolism. Tumor tissues were completely resected, and no complications occurred. The therapeutic effects were satisfactory. Conclusion Surgical resection after superselective artery embolism of RH is an effective treatment, and strengthening the perioperative nursing care is an important guarantee for the success of operation and reducing postoperative complications.
