摘要
目的通过分析配合型输血在RhD阴性患者抢救中的应用,探讨稀有血型患者紧急输血时的应对措施。方法对采用O型RhD阴性洗涤红细胞输注给ABO不同型RhD阴性患者3例的临床资料及输血结果进行分析。结果全部病例输血过程和输血后无异常反应,休克症状明显好转,贫血得到改善。结论 RhD阴性患者需紧急输血而缺乏同型血时,配合型输血是切实可行的应对措施,输注O型RhD阴性洗涤红细胞应是备选措施之一。
Objective To explore the measures to cope with rescuing rhd-negative patients who are in urgent need of blood transfusion by analyzing the compatible transfusion therapy for patients with rare blood types. Method clinical data of three rhd-negative patients with blood type a, type B, and type aB respectively who received washed type o rhd-negative blood were analyzed. Result no adverse clinical outcomes were found in three patients during or after the compatible transfusion with their shock symptoms rapidly relieved and anemia alleviated. Conclusion compatible transfusion therapy such as infusion of washed type o rhd-negative blood is feasible for rhd-negative patients who are in urgent need of blood transfusion while aBo-specific blood is not available.
