摘要
社区警务战略、"打防结合,预防为主"的治安工作方针、公安工作由管理型转变为管理服务型的公安改革,要求公安基层基础工作教学要注重学生素质培养,培养学生做好社区群众工作的能力,强化实战训练。
Community policing strategy, the security job's policy of 'combining the attacking with preventing, taking prevention first' and the reformation of public security's job changing from managing- style to serving for management style demand the public security's grass roots basic job teaching should pay attention to cultivate the student's quality, cultivate the student's ability to do the community job well, to enhance the real battle training.
