高压往复泵的柱塞密封为达到少泄漏和使用维护方便,不用油脂或润滑油注入密封元件摩擦副,仅以泵所输送的清水润滑及冷却,密封元件具有可靠性好和使用寿命较长的性能。并简要地介绍柱塞密封方案的设计和试验结果。
The piston seal of high pressure reciprocating pump is designed to lessen leakage and for easy operation and maintenance. The reliability and long service life of the proposed scal are due to the pump-water lubricating and cooling without any requirement of grease or lubricating oil for the friction part of the seal. This article briefly gives the design and test results of the piston seal.
