The basic features of modernization city are the followings: Rational overall distribution. Perfect understructure facilities. Good environment. Developed third industry. The basic features of internationalization city are the followings: Owing to its powerful economics. There are lots of transnational corporations and international monetary organizations. Developed science, technology and education facilities. Domestric economics and foreign economics are connected here.
